BS EN IEC 60079-25:2022 BRITISH STANDARD National foreword This British Standard is the UK implementation of EN IEC 60079-25:2022. It is identical to IEC 60079-25:2020 incorporating corrigenda October 2020 and November 2022. It supersedes BS EN 60079-25:2010, which is withdrawn. The start and finish of text introduced or altered by corrigendum is indicated in the text by tags. Text altered by IEC corrigendum October 2020 is indicated in the text by Aci (Aci, and that altered by corrigendum November 2022 is indicated by [Ac2) (Ac]. The UK participation in its preparation was entrusted to Technical Committee EXL/31, Equipment for explosive atmospheres. A list of organizations represented on this committee can be obtained on request to its committee manager.
